Feature Development

To elevate both realism and functionality, I created a range of interactive systems designed to enrich gameplay experiences inside of a CI/CD lifecycle using Git for version control. These systems contribute to a more immersive and dynamic virtual environment, allowing users to interact with their surroundings in ways that feel intuitive and engaging.

VR Shopping

The core of ReadySet’s platform allows respondents to explore virtual environments and simulate purchasing products. This provides data, ranging from products purchased to detailed eye-tracking information.

Data Analysis

Data collected from respondents and information about the product set can be used to generate reports, images, and planogram details. These reports can be viewed in app or exported as PDF’s and images.

VR Planogram

In order to conduct research, users can start a new project and populate it with shoppable products from a cloud-based library. By entering the VR headset, users can add gondola sections, arrange shelves, and place sets of products with simple menu-driven search functions.

Desktop Planogram

ReadySet developed the Desktop Planogram feature, enabling users to create and manage product sets from a standard desktop environment. This approach provides a more controlled setting for users to design new retail layouts, where they can create files, configure product placements, and fine-tune their arrangements. Once the planogram is set, it can easily be imported into a virtual store environment for further testing or visualizations.

Additional Interactivity

To create a more realistic simulation, several interaction have been added to ReadySet. Including deforming rigs like spring-loaded faucets, rotating hinges, and sliding shelves.

Connecting to Backend Solutions

With 40,000 products created by the asset team, managing that data and giving users tools to quickly search through and download what they need is crucial. Products are saved and accessed through a cloud library, users can search with filters, download models important for them, and update existing models.
I also have experience with Google Firebase as a multiplayer solution and user authentication for app development.
